Room and Tariff Policies

	In-Season: April 16th through November 14th
	Off-Season: November 15th through April 15th
	Three-night minimum stay requirement on weekends Memorial Day Weekend through October, with the exception of some festivals when a four-night minimum is required.
	Two-night minimum stay requirement on weekends November through May, with exception to some holidays when a three-night minimum stay is required.
	No minimum night stay requirement Sunday through Thursday, year round.
	We require a one-night deposit for single night stays and a 50% deposit for multiple night reservations.
	If a reservation is cancelled at least fourteen days prior to arrival, we will refund deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen days of arrival, we retain deposit unless we are able to resell the cancelled room(s).
	Rates quoted are based on double occupancy.
	We charge $50.00 for additional persons.
	Rates are subject to 7% State Tax and 6% City Bed Tax.
	All guestrooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking.
	In room amenities include - direct dial telephone with voice mail and data port, cable television/VCR, CD player/radio, iron and ironing board, hair dryers and robes.

Two rooms on the third floor feature an additional twin size bed to comfortably accomodate up to three adults.

All four rooms have private bath with Jacuzzi, plasma TV, DVD, direct dial telephone with voice mail and wireless internet, A/C and fireplace. The king bedded rooms have French doors that open out to a semi-private courtyard. The queen bedded room has French doors that open out to our main courtyard.

The Stillhouse also shares three guest parlors on the main floor with the Benjamin Mason Suite. Two couples can reserve both rooms and enjoy the privacy of their very own colonial home on Newport's Harborfront.
